At Frank Salt Real Estate we do our utmost to make the process of buying property abroad an easy and enjoyable one. We will be there for you all the way, from the early stages of highlighting your preferred properties and organising your inspection visits to the final phase of signing the contract.
Pre-Purchase Assistance
- Assistance and consultancy in sourcing and selection of properties in Tuscany.
- Assistance in opening bank account, obtaining Codice Fiscale Insurance Number and Tax Code
- Assistance in all Legal services related to the property purchase contract
- Personal translation throughout the whole process and assistance in acquiring written translation service should this be required
- Liaison between vendor and buyer, including arrangements for transfer of funds.
Post-Purchase Assistance
- Assistance in reselling a property, either as a normal resale through Frank Salt Real Estate or through our network of appointed Italian estate agencies.
- Assistance in letting a property during the months that the property is left vacant through our network of appointed Italian estate agencies. The expected rental return of 5% – 8% per annum.
